1. About the service

Algovitae AB provides digital tools and applications within health and wellness. Our products are intended as support for self-care and wellbeing and do not constitute medical advice or treatment.

2. Usage

By using our services, you agree to these terms. The services may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Age requirements

Our services are intended for users aged 16 and above. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Medical disclaimer

Our products do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. For medical questions or symptoms, always consult a qualified healthcare professional.

5. HIPAA notice

Algovitae AB is not a covered entity under HIPAA. Our products are wellness tools and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks and software belong to Algovitae AB or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

7. Limitation of liability

Algovitae AB is not responsible for decisions made based on information from our services. The user bears sole responsibility for how the information is used.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Algovitae AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Algovitae AB's total aggregated liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the lesser of: (i) subscription fees paid by the user during the previous calendar year; or (ii) 5 000 SEK.

8. Subscription, trial and payments

Algovitae offers a 7-day free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable subscription price. You can cancel at any time through the app store account settings. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Uninstalling the application does not cancel your subscription.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, provided you have not started using the premium features. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@algovitae.com.

All purchases are processed by the respective app store platform through which you downloaded the application:

• Apple App Store purchases are processed by Apple Inc. To request a refund, contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google Play purchases are processed by Google LLC. To request a refund, contact Google directly at play.google.com/store/account.

Algovitae AB does not process payments directly and is not responsible for issuing refunds. All billing inquiries should be directed to the relevant app store platform.

9. Service availability

We do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a resident of California, you may have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal data we collect, the right to delete your data, and the right to opt out of the sale of your data. We do not sell personal data. Contact: hello@algovitae.com

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be settled by Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt).
